What the law says

Employers are required by the POSH Law to formulate a policy against sexual harassment at workplace, organise sensitization and awareness workshops for their employees and constitute an Internal Committee (IC) to deal with complaints of sexual harassment (if there are more than 10 employees in an organisation).
